Challenges and goals

  • The previous website was hacked. Content and images were retrieved from a back-up version of the website, which complicated the whole development process
  • The previous website design had minimal structure. Due to re-occurring updates previously done to maintain the website, all the pages had a different layout and creatives were unorganized, which negatively impacted the user experience and website conversion rates
  • The new website approach was very visual—image and video heavy, which resulted in design and speed optimization challenges

Redesign goals

  • UX and UI design to improve user-behavior and site-flow
  • Clearly showcase all the services to the user, avoid structural confusion as well as maintain and incorporate visual elements
  • Responsive and SEO-friendly design with a back-end system that is easy to use and secure
